They have dialed back some of the electronics, at least they got rid of the GPS tied TC.
It's going to be interesting to see how the claimer class will be with the open budget bikes. I think the CRT bikes are going to be so much slower than the real GP bikes it's going to be stupid to even have them out there. You are going to see people get lapped twice during the course of a race.
I don't really follow GP much these days, WSBK and the AMA is so much better racing, to be honest.

I have no problem watching people get lapped... I think only people that are SLOW and that GET lapped don't like it.

It's going to be lame watching Colin Edwards get lapped every race though, just because he is on the CRT bike.

That would be gay... But I think he is close enough to the pace it won't be an issue. Edwards is just over 3 seconds/lap off Stoners pace, and 2 seconds off the slow guys (Rossi and Hayden). So in a 20 lap race that is only half a lap behind. It should be like watching 2 different races at the same time... I would like to recommend a split screen configuration during broadcasts to fully prevent any confusion
